  • I utilize a third party platform, simple practice, for scheduling and billing in order to ensure your information remains safe and confidential. In order to schedule an appointment, please reach out, and I will provide you a link to schedule your appointment.

  • I am currently In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Cigna. I am considered out-of-network with all other insurance providers. As an out-of-network provider, I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for any reimbursement you may be eligible for. The superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

    I do not verify insurance benefits at this time. Use the following script to contact your insurance company if you have questions regarding your specific benefit.

  • Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual nutrition counseling. Virtual sessions take place via HIPAA compliant video through Simple Practice in order to ensure confidentiality.

  • Sessions are ~55 minutes minutes, and they will begin and end on time out of respect for all clients. Together, we will decide what frequency and duration is most appropriate for you, your goals, and your life circumstance. I recommend clients attend sessions weekly or every other week while actively working toward your goals. As you make progress, sessions will be gradually spaced out. It is my goal that you are able to reach your goals and continue on to your well-nourished life in a timely, appropriate manner.

  • I understand that life circumstances can uproot our best plans. I have a limited number of sessions I am able to offer each week, and I have set up my cancelation policy to respect for my time as well as that of my clients.

    -There is no charge for any sessions that are canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the start time of your original session.

    -50% of session rate is charged if the session is canceled or rescheduled before 9:30am CST the day of your appointment.

    -100% of session rate is charged if the session is canceled or rescheduled after 9:30am CST the day of your appointment.

    I strongly believe that your time is valuable and should be treated with respect. Therefore, if I have to cancel your appointment after 9:30am CST the day of your appointment, your next session will be 50% off.
